Job summary

RepairDesk is a leading repair shop management software provider seeking a skilled full‑stack engineer to join our Lahore team. You will develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications, collaborating with designers and managers to deliver high‑performance software.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with Node.js, Vue.js, MySQL, and REST APIs, and is comfortable with TypeScript, TypeORM, and cloud platforms like AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and PHP for backend development.
• Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js preferred).
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and expertise in Object Oriented Design and Database Design.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and Git.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining scalable front-end and back-end applications for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborating with product designers, product managers, and other engineers to build user-friendly, high-performance software.
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development.
• Writing and Implementing comprehensive use cases and test cases for APIs and ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimising existing systems for performance and scalability.
• Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining quality standards.
• Utilize expertise to optimize legacy algorithms for improved software performance.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools for code generation, refactoring, and optimization to improve productivity and reduce development time.
• Ensure responsible and secure use of AI, including data privacy and cost optimization.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to the team lead.
