About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer II to join our engineering team. This role is designed for developers who can independently deliver features across both frontend and backend, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.

You will be responsible for developing production-ready software, reviewing code, improving engineering practices, and contributing to technical discussions and architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and performant UI components using TypeScript and Shadcn UI.
• Optimize application performance and user experience.
• Integrate complex frontend workflows with backend APIs.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality interfaces.

Backend Development

• Design and develop REST APIs using Python (FastAPI) or Node.js (NestJS).
• Implement scalable business logic following clean architecture principles.
• Design efficient database structures using PostgreSQL.
• Implement Redis caching where appropriate.
• Develop secure authentication and authorization systems.
• Write well-documented and maintainable APIs.
• Optimize API performance and database queries.

Engineering Responsibilities

• Deliver complete features independently.
• Participate in technical design discussions.
• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Improve existing codebases through refactoring and optimization.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Follow engineering standards and development best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Design, and AI teams throughout the development lifecycle.
