Job summary

Navigatorhr is hiring a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using NestJS on the backend and React/Next.js on the frontend. The role requires strong API security, PostgreSQL integration, and hands-on AWS deployment experience.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software, follow modern practices, and participate in architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience developing production-grade web applications.
• Strong experience with NestJS for backend development.
• Experience with React.js and Next.js for frontend development.
• Intermediate AWS experience, including deployment and management of cloud resources.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and API security.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases) using an ORM such as Prisma or TypeORM.
• Good understanding of Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience consuming and integrating third-party APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, solid frontend experience, and intermediate knowledge of AWS services to develop, deploy, and maintain scalable applications.
