We are a forward-thinking company in the travel and tourism industry, embarking on the development of a cutting-edge online travel system tailored to the Dutch market. We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead this project from inception. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both front-end and back-end development and is capable of building complex, scalable solutions that meet the highest industry standards.

Role Description:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our new travel platform, building it from the ground up. As a key player in the project team, you will ensure that all technical aspects of the platform work seamlessly together to provide an optimal user experience. Your experience and expertise will drive the technical realization of this ambitious project.

You will also be involved in other technical projects within our company, including the development of e-learning solutions. Therefore, experience with similar systems and technologies is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a brand-new online travel system, from design to implementation.
• Develop a responsive web portal with both front-end and back-end components.
• Manage and integrate complex systems and APIs to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Ensure a secure, scalable, and efficient backend, including authentication and data security.
• Design and implement intuitive UI/UX solutions to enhance the user experience.
• Translate design prototypes into functional and scalable web pages.
• Collaborate closely with our team in the Netherlands, maintaining frequent communication regarding project requirements and progress.

• Extensive experience with back-end development, including Nest.js, Node.js, Express.js, and API integrations.
• Experience with authentication and security mechanisms such as Next Auth and JWT.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Demonstrated experience in DevOps, version control systems, and modern development tools.
