Job summary

OTIF Solutions in Lahore, Pakistan seeks a junior-to-mid Front-end Developer to turn designs into fast, accessible interfaces using Blade, Tailwind and React, with a focus on performance on mid-range devices.

You will implement Figma designs as Blade or React components with Tailwind CSS, ensure responsive layouts and keyboard navigation, and collaborate with backend teams on Laravel and Next.js projects. Build reusable components and maintain a tidy design system.

Qualifications

• One to three years of front-end work with real projects to show.
• Solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript, plus Tailwind and at least one of React or Vue.
• An eye for detail: spacing, typography, states, edge cases.
• Familiarity with Lighthouse and accessibility basics.

Responsibilities

• Implement designs from Figma as Blade or React components with Tailwind CSS.
• Make pages fast and accessible: responsive layouts, keyboard navigation, sensible motion.
