Job summary

AI Storm Labs in Islamabad, Pakistan, is looking for a frontend engineer to build fast, accessible interfaces using React and Next.js in a hybrid, full‑time role. You will craft UI that remains usable on mid‑range devices and prioritize a lean, accessible bundle over unnecessary features.

You will work directly with designers and the founder, translating concepts into production code while focusing on WCAG AA compliance and high‑quality user experiences.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in React, with production Next.js experience.
• Strong CSS, and an opinion about when not to reach for a component library.
• Understanding of accessibility beyond adding alt text.
• Comfortable reading a design and asking the awkward question early.

Build fast, accessible interfaces in React and Next.js, for products where the front end is what the client is judged on.

You will work on interfaces that have to be quick on a mid-range phone and usable with a keyboard. We care about the bundle size and the contrast ratio, and we would rather ship one screen that works properly than three that nearly do.
