Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a highly organized Founder’s Associate to work directly with the CEO across multiple ventures. You’ll translate ideas into structured plans, dashboards, and processes, managing cross-company projects and removing bottlenecks to accelerate growth.

You will build centralized operations hub, SOPs, and reporting systems, enabling fast-paced startups to scale, while collaborating with international teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building SOPs, operational systems, or documentation frameworks.
• Experience with AI tools for productivity and automation.
• Background in consulting, startup operations, strategy, or venture-backed companies.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-company projects from strategy to delivery.
• Design scalable operational systems, SOPs, and playbooks.
• Build dashboards and centralized operations hub for metrics.
