Job summary

Qatar Wellness Network seeks an experienced Formworker to join our construction team in Karachi. The role involves creating and installing concrete molds, following blueprints, and maintaining safety on site. Accommodation is provided, with visa and flight support offered for selected candidates.

We require proven formwork experience, blueprint literacy, and a strong work ethic. This full-time position offers a monthly salary with company-sponsored visa and travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role in construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
• Familiarity with various construction materials and techniques.
• Physical strength and stamina for manual labor.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using measuring tools.
• Cut, shape and assemble wood, metal or plastic to form concrete molds.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades at sites.
• Clean and prepare surfaces before placing concrete molds.
• Mix, pour and spread concrete into molds with hand tools.
• Smooth concrete segments to ensure level surfaces and remove excess material.
• Monitor curing process and adjust as needed to achieve quality forms.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
