Job summary

MapleClass Education in Lahore is seeking a Formworker to join our construction team. The role involves setting up forms for concrete, cutting materials, and pouring and finishing concrete per engineer specs.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of formwork experience, be able to read blueprints, operate formwork tools, and comply with safety protocols on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Formworker.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using hand and power formwork tools.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up wooden or metal forms for pouring concrete, according to specifications provided by engineers or architects.
• Cut, measure, and shape materials to fit designated areas.
• Secure forms in place with appropriate bracing and stakes.
• Pour concrete into forms using wheelbarrows or pumps.
• Smooth out the surface of the concrete using screeds or trowels.
• Remove forms once the concrete has hardened.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment used for formwork.

About the role

A reputable construction company in Lahore is seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and setting up forms that hold concrete in place during the construction process. You will be working on a variety of projects such as buildings, bridges, and roads.

Requirements

Salary
