Job summary

Milele Prime is seeking a driven sales professional to turn registered prospects into funded, active clients and maintain engagement over time. You will be measured by deposits, funded accounts and trading activity, not just calls.

You’ll follow up on leads, guide deposits, assist first trades on MT5 or Milele Prime Trading Terminal, and manage a portfolio of funded clients with regular check-ins. Excellent English and flexibility to work Asia/Africa hours are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1 year of outbound sales experience, preferably in forex, CFDs, digital assets or financial services.
• A record of achieving deposit or revenue targets, which we’ll ask you to show at interview.
• Working knowledge of MetaTrader 5, leverage, lot sizing, margin and stop-loss orders, or the ability to pass our product assessment within 2 weeks of joining.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Urdu, Hindi, Bahasa Indonesia, Swahili or a West African language is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working shifts aligned to client hours in Asia and Africa.

Responsibilities

• Contact assigned leads daily and follow up quickly on new registrations.
• Understand why a registered client hasn’t funded their account, and guide them through the deposit process.
• Contact new depositors promptly and help them place their first trade on MetaTrader 5 or the Milele Prime Trading Terminal, or set up Copy Trading.
• Manage a portfolio of funded clients with regular check-ins, reactivation calls and redeposit calls around approved promotions.
• Record every call and lead status in the CRM, and send a daily activity report.
• Work with Client Support on payment, platform and account matters.
