Job summary

Milele Prime is an online broker expanding its sales team. You will convert registered prospects into funded, active clients and maintain engagement with deposits, funded accounts and trading volumes.

Success is measured by outcomes, not calls. Responsibilities include dialing leads, guiding deposits, enabling first trades on MT5 or the Milele Prime Trading Terminal, and managing a portfolio with regular check-ins and redeposit calls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• At least 1 year of outbound sales experience in forex/CFDs or financial services.
• Proven ability to meet deposit/revenue targets and pass product assessment within 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Contact assigned leads daily and follow up on new registrations.
• Guide clients through the deposit process and first trades on MT5 or Milele Prime Terminal.
• Maintain a portfolio of funded clients with regular check-ins and redeposit calls.
• Record calls and lead status in CRM and send daily activity reports.
• Collaborate with Client Support on payments, platform and account matters.
