Job summary

Milele Prime is seeking a Sales Executive to convert registered prospects into funded, active clients and to retain them with ongoing engagement. You will drive deposits, funded accounts and trading activity, with success measured by outcomes rather than activity alone.

You will contact leads daily, assist deposits, and help clients place their first trades on MT5 or the Milele Prime Trading Terminal, while managing a portfolio of funded clients and coordinating with Support on payments and

• Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Contact assigned leads daily and follow up quickly on new registrations.
• Explain why a client hasn’t funded and guide them through deposits.
• Assist depositors to place first trades on MT5 or Milele Prime Trading Terminal.
• Manage funded client portfolios with regular check-ins and re-deposit calls.
• Record calls and lead statuses in the CRM and send a daily activity report.
• Collaborate with Client Support on payments and platform issues.

Sales Executive, Client Acquisition and Retention

Milele Prime is an online broker offering CFDs on forex, metals, commodities, indices, equities and digital assets. We are headquartered in Dubai and part of Milele Group, a diversified family conglomerate operating in over 40 countries. We’re growing our sales team and looking for driven, client-focused people to join us.

The role

You will turn registered prospects into funded, active clients and keep them engaged over the long term. Your results are measured by outcomes, namely deposits, funded accounts and lots traded, and not by activity alone.

What you’ll do

• Contact assigned leads daily and follow up quickly on new registrations.
• Understand why a registered client hasn’t funded their account, and guide them through the deposit process.
• Contact new depositors promptly and help them place their first trade on MetaTrader 5 or the Milele Prime Trading Terminal, or set up Copy Trading.
• Manage a portfolio of funded clients with regular check-ins, reactivation calls and redeposit calls around approved promotions.
• Record every call and lead status in the CRM, and send a daily activity report.
• Work with Client Support on payment, platform and account matters.

What we’re looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1 year of outbound sales experience, preferably in forex, CFDs, digital assets or financial services.
• A record of achieving deposit or revenue targets, which we’ll ask you to show at interview.
• Working knowledge of MetaTrader 5, leverage, lot sizing, margin and stop-loss orders, or the ability to pass our product assessment within 2 weeks of joining.
• Urdu, Hindi, Bahasa Indonesia, Swahili or a West African language is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working shifts aligned to client hours in Asia and Africa.
