Job summary

hrsi is seeking a Sales Trainee in Lahore to support sales and distribution targets. You will coordinate with distributors, track stock, conduct market visits, and assist in promotions and product launches.

Build relationships with retailers, collect sales data, and report findings while learning company policies and sales processes during the training period. Fresh graduates welcome; willingness to travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience).
• Interest in a career in Sales/FMCG preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of MS Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of sales and distribution targets in the assigned area.
• Coordinate with the distributor to track stock availability and order management.
• Conduct market visits to ensure product availability, merchandising, and visibility.
• Assist in the execution of trade promotions and new product launches.
• Build basic working relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
• Collect daily/weekly sales data and prepare reports.
• Observe competitor activities and update senior management.
• Learn company policies and sales processes during the training period.
