Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety, comfort and well-being throughout the flight.
• Welcome passengers, assist with boarding and seating guidance.
• Conduct pre-flight cabin checks and verify safety equipment is functional.
• Demonstrate safety procedures and communicate important information to passengers.
• Provide professional onboard hospitality and assist passengers with needs.
• Handle passenger queries, concerns and complaints courteously.
• Respond calmly to emergencies following safety procedures.
