Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Product Management or Business Analysis, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Agile practices. Banking/FinTech exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of software and product development.
• Familiarity with wireframing and process mapping tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to banking/FinTech or compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and product requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, SRS, user stories, process flows, and product documentation.
• Create wireframes and mockups using Figma, Miro, Draw.io, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support product delivery.
• Assist Product Managers with backlog management and feature documentation.
• Support market research and product-related initiatives.
