Job summary

Haball is seeking a Product Associate to join our Product team and contribute to building innovative FinTech solutions in Karachi.

You will gather requirements, create BRDs and user stories, wireframes with Figma or similar tools, and support delivery with agile practices in a collaborative environment. This role emphasizes documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of software and product development.
• Familiarity with wireframing and process mapping tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to banking/FinTech or compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and product requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, SRS, user stories, process flows, and product documentation.
• Create wireframes and mockups using Figma, Miro, Draw.io, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support product delivery.
• Assist Product Managers with backlog management and feature documentation.
• Support market research and product-related initiatives.
