Job summary

A manufacturing company in leather goods located in Lahore is seeking an individual responsible for managing machine operations in the finishing department. The role requires oversight of ISO standards and formulation selection in collaboration with senior staff. Ideal candidates will have experience in machine maintenance and quality control processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow up quantities applied on Gemata according to the formula.
• Experience in managing general and maintenance conditions of machines.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 & 14001 standards in the Finishing department.

Responsibilities

• Follow up the quantity applied on Gemata according to the formula.
• Manage the general and maintenance condition of machines.
• Coordinate with the Manager Finishing and senior supervisor during the lot process.

Job description

• Follow up the quantity apply on Gemata according to Formula.
• Note the right quantity apllied on leather with the help of master formula.
• Responsible to manage the general and maintenance condition of machines.

Sign the lot process card and read the specila instruction written on the LPC after 1st check coordinating with Manager Finishing and senior supervisor finishing

Job Specification

• Verify all machine operations related to FMO like ROTO press, Hydraullic press, Felt /STONE polish and Glaze etc.
• Check the adherence of ISO 9001 & 14001 standards in the Finishing department.
• Select the right formualtion according to specification with the help of Manager Finishing.
