Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent preferred.
• Certification from an accredited culinary school is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years as a Sous Chef or 2 years as Executive Chef required.
• Knowledge of Pakistani cuisine is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute menus in line with the restaurant concept and standards.
• Manage food inventory and control costs while maintaining quality.
• Train, develop, and manage kitchen staff for productivity and performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with management to create new dishes and enhance existing ones.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times.
