PrimeDefense USA is seeking an experienced Executive Chef in Faisalabad, Pakistan to lead our kitchen operations. You will plan menus, oversee food preparation, and manage cooks, sous chefs, and other staff to deliver high-quality dishes.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership, strong knowledge of cooking techniques, cost management, and a passion for hygiene and presentation. Flexible working hours including weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food is prepared to company standards.
• Plan menus with management to meet customer preferences and seasonality.
• Train and manage kitchen staff including cooks and sous chefs.
• Monitor food costs and maintain inventory for profitability.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic kitchen environment per sanitation standards.
• Develop new recipes using local ingredients to keep the menu fresh.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into menus.
