Qualifications

• ACCA/CA-Inter or MBA in Finance and 5+ years in accounts receivable within real estate.

• Advanced Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings per IFRS/IAS.
• Review ledgers, cost accounting for land/development, and allocate plot costs.
• Prepare financial reports for senior management and support external audits.
