- Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget.
- Partner with Product Management and Purchasing Team in determining the financial impact due to product cost reductions, new product roll-out etc. and prepare periodic forecasts to update management.
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable the management to determine progress against budgets.
- Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures and investment activities, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions.
- Oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments.
- Plan, direct and coordinate risk and insurance programs of establishments to control risks and losses.
