Role Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records and statements.
- Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Perform account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Provide financial reports to management for decision-making.

- Monitor and analyze financial metrics and key performance indicators.
- Support external audits and liaise with auditors as necessary.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of budget management practices.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
