Job summary

Confidential - Will be disclosed during interview is seeking a professional to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for internal reporting, and to coordinate with sales teams and BU heads on forecasts and reporting.

You will liaise with tax consultants and external auditors, handle corporate secretarial tasks, participate in regional projects, and ensure compliance with banking and import controls.

Qualifications

• Monthly/quarterly/annual closing for internal reporting purposes
• Submission of sales forecasts, monthly/quarterly annual reporting to regional/local teams after discussion with sales team & BU Head
• Liaise with Tax Consultant for Taxation matters including submission of appeals and replies to tax department
• Liaison with external auditors for completion of audit
• Corporate secretarial matters including submission to SCEP/BOD meetings. Actively take part in regional projects on different topics.
• Trade and import related banking compliance like LCs, bank limits etc.
