Job summary

Karsaz Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Controller to join our Engineering team in Karachi.

The role focuses on project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and providing financial insights to guide business decisions. Responsibilities include preparing budgets and forecasts; monitoring costs and variances; identifying cost-saving opportunities; managing MIS reporting and cost controls; supporting inventory, receivables, payables, and accounting controls;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of project finance, cost control, or industrial accounting experience.
• Strong MS Excel, budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle or Dynamics required.
• Power BI knowledge will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Karsaz Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Controller to join our Engineering team in Karachi.

THE ROLE

The Finance Controller will play a key role in project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial performance management, while providing valuable financial insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project feasibility studies, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and variances

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Cost Control, Engineering Finance, Manufacturing, or Industrial Accounting ACCA / CMA / CIMA / CA Inter will be an advantage
• Strong command of MS Excel, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• ERP experience SAP / Oracle / Dynamics is required
• Power BI knowledge will be an advantage
