Job summary

AIO App Inc in Islamabad is seeking a Finance Associate to support payment processing, reconciliations and core accounting for our SaaS startup, ensuring accuracy and compliance in daily operations.

You will record journal entries, reconcile statements, manage payables/receivables, assist invoicing and monthly/annual reporting. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP tools like QuickBooks or NetSuite is essential. Onsite work, 10 am–6 pm PKT.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or payment operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CA/CMA a plus.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing (credit cards) and accounting fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with ERP tools like QuickBooks or NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and streamline payment processing workflows and reconciliations.
• Record journal entries, reconcile statements, and maintain ledgers.
• Assist invoicing, collections, and monthly/annual financial reporting.
• Track transaction volumes and provide insights on costs and cash flow.
