Job summary

V-Gro Group Pakistan is seeking candidates for its Head Office to support sales and field teams across the agriculture sector.

Responsibilities include maintaining regular contact with growers, collecting data, and coordinating weekly and daily activity plans for the sales team, with timely reporting to management.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field and have 1–2 years of relevant experience to contribute to product feedback and farmer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with growers, vendors, and dealers to gather feedback on products and services.
• Collect customer data from the field team and maintain records.
• Collect weekly, daily route & activity plans from the sales team.
• Follow up with the sales team to compile the weekly, daily activity calendar.
• Regularly monitor the field team against the given activity calendar and share reports with management for evaluation.
• Regularly update the sales team against variances of target versus actual.
• Telephonically create awareness of new offerings, promotions & policies to the customers.
• Regular feedback collection from farmers and dealers regarding sales and field team support.
• Keeping customer updates about orders and following up on outstanding payments.

Education
