Job summary

Kemin Industries seeks a Field Service Engineer to support customers across Pakistan, ensuring dosing and application systems operate efficiently, reliably, and safely. The role is based in Lahore with field-based responsibilities and travel as required.

You will install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot liquid dosing systems; build strong customer relationships; conduct site surveys; and deliver operator training while coordinating with Sales Managers to optimize customer results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• 3–5 years of experience with liquid dosing systems and feed mill processes.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, electrical schematics, PLCs, and SCADA systems (Siemens preferred).
• Ability to independently install, service, and maintain technical application systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent Urdu; English should be at a communicative level.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with ability to work independently in a global team.
