Job summary

Kemin is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers across Pakistan, ensuring dosing and application systems operate safely and efficiently.

You will install, commission, and maintain systems, build strong customer relationships, and translate needs into practical solutions while collaborating with a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years in an industrial environment.
• 3–5 years with liquid dosing systems and feed mill processes.
• Strong understanding of automation, electrical schematics, PLCs, and SCADA (Siemens preferred).
• Independent installation, service, and maintenance of technical systems.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent Urdu; English communicative level.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot liquid dosing and application systems at customer sites.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing technical support and minimizing downtime.
• Conduct site surveys and translate customer needs into practical solutions.
• Support product trials and work with Sales to optimize customer results.
• Deliver operator training and maximize value from Kemin solutions.
• Manage installation and service projects with planning, reporting, and follow-up.
• Monitor system performance and propose improvements and innovations.
• Represent Kemin at customer meetings, seminars, and industry events.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• 3-5 years of experience with liquid dosing systems and feed mill processes.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, electrical schematics, PLCs, and SCADA systems (Siemens preferred).
• Ability to independently install, service, and maintain technical application systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent Urdu, English should be on communicative level.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
