Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Representative role based in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Field Sales Representative will visit clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers to promote Health Next’s imaging and lab services, build strong relationships, and drive referrals and revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting regular follow-up visits, presenting service offerings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. The role involves maintaining accurate records of visits, preparing sales reports, tracking performance against targets, and gathering market feedback to support business development. The Field Sales Representative will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, ensure high service standards, and respond promptly to client inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including client outreach, relationship building, and negotiation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with healthcare professionals, with solid presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of diagnostic lab and imaging services or willingness to quickly learn technical product details.
• Organizational and time-management abilities, including territory planning, reporting, and meeting sales targets.
• Comfort working in the field, including frequent local travel within Islāmābād and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency in using smartphones, email, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) for reporting and communication.
• Prior experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or diagnostics marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated integrity, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work independently while collaborating with team members.
