A’Tech is hiring for Fresh Graduate/Interns – Sales – Field Operations Associate in Lahore, Pakistan. The role is onsite in Bahria Town, Lahore, focusing on promoting our mobile app to merchants and businesses.

You will conduct field visits, onboard merchants, build relationships, and drive merchant acquisition targets. Role suitable for fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year in field sales, with a valid driving license and own motorbike.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to shops and commercial areas to promote the mobile app.
• Demonstrate app features and assist with installation and onboarding for merchants.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with local clients and business owners.
• Actively generate leads and aim to meet weekly/monthly merchant acquisition targets.
• Collect feedback and market intelligence to drive business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of visits and client interactions.
