About the Company:
Planet Textile Industries is a leading manufacturer and exporter of Home Textiles, specializing in Terry Towels and Hospitality/institutional articles. With a vertical manufacturing setup from Yarn to pack, we ensure top-quality products with the latest machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective export strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
2. Identify new markets and potential customers, and build strong business relationships to increase exports.
3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, production, and shipment of goods.
4. Manage the complete export documentation process, including required permits, licenses, and customs clearance.
5. Stay updated with international trade regulations and ensure compliance at all times.
6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.
7. Attend international trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and expand the customer base.
8. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with buyers to maximize profitability and maintain customer satisfaction.
9. Collaborate with the production team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
10. Provide excellent customer service and promptly address any inquiries or issues raised by clients.

Job Specification

1. Proven experience as an Export Manager in the Textiles industry, preferably with knowledge of Towel, Kitchen Towel, Made Ups, and Bed Sheets.
2. Strong understanding of international trade practices, export regulations, and documentation requirements.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
4. Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to overcome challenges and achieve desired export outcomes.
