Job summary

Jazz is seeking an Expert Technology Solutions & Service Delivery Engineer in Lahore to support AI, digital, and fintech solution onboarding, integration, and delivery.

The role requires 3-5 years in software/data engineering, strong Python/Node.js/MERN experience, ETL, big data tech, Tableau dashboards, and end-to-end solution coordination with partners.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in software development, data engineering, analytics, or digital technology delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python, Node.js/MERN stack, API integration, scripting, and application development.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data pipelines, SQL, and multi-source data integration.
• Working knowledge of big data technologies such as Kafka, HDFS, Spark, Hive, Vector Databases, and Data Lake architectures.
• Experience developing dashboards with Tableau and related tools; understanding KPIs and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications, analytical views, dashboards, and technical solutions using Python, Node.js, MERN stack, and other development frameworks.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and understand application architecture, authentication, data exchange, and troubleshooting.
• Develop Python scripts for automation, data processing, reporting, and integrations.
• Support ETL/ELT processes, data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline development across data sources.
• Work with big data platforms like Kafka, HDFS, Spark, Hive, and Data Lakes.
• Develop dashboards and visualization solutions to translate business requirements into insights and KPIs.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation of digital/fintech solutions with partners and Jazz teams.
• Track prerequisites, testing, production readiness, security compliance, and handover.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies; drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Act as technical point of contact between internal teams and external partners; conduct solution walkthroughs.
• Prepare technical docs, progress updates, and management presentations to support delivery.

This role is responsible for supporting the development, integration, analytics, and technical onboarding of AI, digital and fintech solutions, ensuring technical readiness, smooth implementation, and successful delivery.

What does an Expert Technology Solutions & Service Delivery Engineer do?

• Develop and maintain applications, analytical views, dashboards, and technical solutions using Python, Node.js, MERN stack, and other relevant development technologies and frameworks.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, understand application architecture, authentication, data exchange, and troubleshooting to support seamless system integration.
• Develop Python scripts for automation, data processing, reporting, integrations, and operational requirements.
• Support ETL/ELT processes, data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline development across multiple data sources, ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Work with big data platforms and technologies, including Apache Kafka, HDFS, Spark, Hive, Vector Databases, Data Lakes, and other relevant data engineering technologies.
• Develop analytical dashboards and visualization solutions using Tableau, Node.js, and other relevant tools to translate business requirements into meaningful insights, KPIs, and management views.
• Support the technical assessment, integration, and onboarding of AI, GenAI, digital, and fintech solutions by understanding product architecture, APIs, infrastructure, data flows, security requirements, and operational dependencies.
• Coordinate end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation of digital products by working closely with partners/vendors and internal Jazz teams, including Technology, Infrastructure, Security, SOC, Network, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Track technical prerequisites, deployment activities, testing/UAT, production readiness, security compliance, documentation, and operational handover to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Identify technical gaps, dependencies, risks, and implementation challenges, and drive their resolution through effective coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Act as a technical point of contact between internal teams and external partners/vendors, facilitating technical discussions, requirement clarification, solution walkthroughs, and implementation planning.
• Prepare technical documentation, progress updates, dashboards, and management presentations to support delivery tracking, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment.

• We strongly aim at recruiting a team member with 3-5 years of relevant hands‑on experience in software development, data engineering, analytics, technical solutions, or digital technology delivery.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Python, Node.js/MERN stack, API integration, scripting, and application development, with the ability to develop and troubleshoot technical solutions independently.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, SQL, data processing, and integration across multiple data sources.
• Working knowledge of big data technologies such as Apache Kafka, HDFS, Spark, Hive, Vector Databases, and Data Lake architectures.
• Experience in developing analytical dashboards and visualization solutions using Tableau, Node.js, or other relevant tools, with a strong understanding of KPIs, data modelling, and business analytics.
• Good understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, digital platforms, fintech solutions, and emerging technologies, with the ability to assess product requirements and technical feasibility.
• Should have the ability to understand end‑to‑end solution architecture, identify technical dependencies, and coordinate implementation across application, data, infrastructure, integration, and security layers.
• Experience in technical onboarding, integration, deployment, or delivery of digital products, preferably in telecom, fintech, cloud, big data, or enterprise technology environments.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors while managing multiple technical workstreams and priorities.
• Should demonstrate ownership, accountability, and the ability to independently drive technical activities from requirement gathering and solution assessment through implementation, testing, and handover.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
