What does an Expert DFS do?

• Gain deep knowledge of your work and its contribution to the company's success.
• Build contacts and understand how to execute tasks efficiently.
• Review reports on sales trends and DFS performance, including M Wallets, Cash In, and DR.
• Handle DFS operations such as agent onboarding, credit monitoring, reporting, analysis, and regional promotion design.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver reports, dashboards, and support channel performance analysis.
• Escalate channel complaints timely and share resolution details with the sales team.
• Participate in franchise documentation processes like induction, ownership changes, suspension, and termination.
• Develop and organize training sessions for franchise channels based on business needs.
• Support DFS team backend processes for new partner induction.
• Conduct detailed analysis of DFS business and identify areas for improvement for senior management.
• Anticipate challenges, assess their business impact, and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Monitor daily performance of franchise and retail channels.
• Resolve operational issues related to Jazz Cash in coordination with Mobilink Bank.
• Assign DFS/JazzCash credit to selected franchises.
• Ensure compliance with timelines and KPIs across regions for domestic remittance, cash-in, and mobile wallets.
• Address business queries from the sales team through thorough analysis and recommendations.
