Job summary

Jazz is seeking an Expert Data & AI professional to shape and deliver the Data and AI portfolio within Finance Transformation in Islamabad. You will design end-to-end architectures for AI, analytics and data applications and translate business use cases into deliverable components.

You will drive model orchestration patterns, evaluate technology options, and guide prototyping, deployment and ongoing improvements, while supporting governance of the AI Associates programme and data governance

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in CS/DS/AI/SE/IS with relevant data/domain experience.
• Experience with data platforms, analytics, ML or generative-AI solutions.
• Exposure to cloud architecture, APIs, data engineering and enterprise delivery.

Responsibilities

Expert Data & AI

What does Expert Data & AI do?

The role provides architecture, design and delivery expertise for the growing Data and AI portfolio within Finance Transformation. It converts business opportunities into secure, scalable and reusable solutions, with particular focus on enterprise AI applications such as JARWIS and use cases moving from concept to company-wide adoption. The incumbent also supports governance of the initiative pipeline and successful management of the AI Associates programme.

Data & AI Architecture and Product Delivery

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI, generative AI, analytics and data applications.
• Translate use cases into solution components, data needs, integrations and delivery plans.
• Define reusable patterns for model orchestration, retrieval, APIs and observability.
• Evaluate technology and model options for quality, scalability, cost and operational fit.
• Guide initiatives through prototyping, evaluation, deployment and ongoing improvement.

Data Reuse and AI Associates Programme

• Assess data availability, quality, lineage and access needs for priority use cases.
• Define fit-for-purpose data models, pipelines, interfaces and metadata requirements.
• Contribute to continued enhancement and company-wide adoption of secure AI tools.
• Structure associate assignments, outputs, review checkpoints and delivery cadence.
• Provide architecture guidance, technical coaching, quality review and escalation support.

Key Deliverables

• Scalable architecture designs for priority Data and AI initiatives.
• Faster progression of validated use cases from discovery to production.
• Reliable technical design and continuous improvement of secure AI tools and related applications.
• Effective technical enablement and governance of the AI Associates programme.

Graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline, with relevant experience in data platforms, analytics, machine learning or generative-AI solutions. Practical exposure to cloud architecture, APIs, data engineering and enterprise delivery is expected.

Skills:

Knowledge:
