Job description

We are a young start-up, and fast growing in the online video space, with offices in California and Karachi.


Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the smooth completion of daily tasks, provide end of the day report task completion and weekly task agenda.
  2. Perform tasks with programming team including putting together program blueprints.
  3. Respond in a timely manner to inquiries from applicants, employees, managers, and staff.
  4. Administer applicant skills testing.
  5. Responsible for job posting, sorting, screening and filing of applications, resumes and other employment-related documents, excellent at doing interviews and understanding how to choose new employees based on resume, interview, testing, and trial.
  6. Responsible for contractor/intern processing including data entry and filing and hiring and recruiting.
  7. Create Daily/weekly/monthly task management for Staff.
  8. Provide training and orientation for new and/or current HR staff to assure internal office procedures and systems are maintained in a timely and accurate manner.
  9. Provide timely follow-up on assigned duties and projects. Request clarification, communicate progress, and report results in a timely manner.
  10. Perform other related duties as assigned by Employment Manager or Employment Specialists.
  11. Communicate with LA team daily with updates and procedures during PST time.
Work Hours:

Mon-Fri 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (1 hour lunch)
Sat 8.30 am to 4.30 pm
With certain Holidays.

Compensation:

Compensation is based on work experience and past salary.
