IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The Executive Sales Operations will play a critical role in supporting strategic and operational activities of the sales operations team. The incumbent will assist in planning and executing key initiatives including training programs, employee engagement, CXO team support tasks, brand alignment, and internal coordination for the CA training program. The role demands strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills to ensure timely and quality delivery of various department objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CRSO team with strategic initiatives, employee recognition programs, sales promotions, and external collaborations.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, manage execution of sales promos and Employee of the Month (EOM) data.
  • Record meeting minutes and track follow-ups, ensuring timely and effective execution of action items.
  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of training programs at both zonal and regional levels.
  • Manage the end-to-end operations of the CA Training Program including trainee onboarding, rotations, and exits.
  • Maintain updated records and serve as a liaison with ICAP and ICAEW for program coordination.
  • Represent PTCL in all related correspondence and coordination with the institutes.
  • Plan and execute training and development focusing on outlook and behavioral aspect
  • Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives and events in collaboration with the Business Operations team.
  • Develop post-event recap videos and communication to highlight impact and boost team morale.
  • End to end Promo planning, designing, budgeting, and execution.
  • End to end campaign management from branding to execution.

Qualification:

  • BBA or MBA in related fields

Experience:

  • Experience in the field of sales & distribution.
