  • Coordination with all stakes holder to understand the requirements and to prepare the technical documents and coordination with IT for any new change in process and its implementation in channels incentive.
  • Assigning monthly targets and monitoring regional and exchange level performance of Sales and other Operational KPIs.
  • Preparation of weekly / monthly incentive of Channels.
  • Maintaining and providing all the data related to sales Operations and sales incentive.
  • Coordination with regions to ensure rationalized target is assigned.
  • Coordination with regions to get all required data for operational and sales incentives.
  • Coordination with IT, Finance and HR for approvals and disbursement of incentive.
