Position Overview
The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier candidates in white-collar and executive-level roles, with a specialization in Health, Education, and Banking sectors. The role requires strong networking skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to identify and engage high-caliber talent to meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Acquisition
- Identify and engage passive and active candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical executive positions.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to understand client requirements and role specifications.
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers with detailed assessments.
- Screening & Selection
- Conduct detailed interviews and competency-based assessments.
- Evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Industry Specialization
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of talent trends in Health, Education, and Banking sectors.
- Advise clients and management on market salary benchmarks and talent availability.
- Process & Compliance
- Ensure recruitment activities adhere to company policies and labor law requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on executive and white-collar hiring.
- Proven track record in Health, Education, or Banking sectors is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing, headhunting, and networking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
