Position Overview

The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier candidates in white-collar and executive-level roles, with a specialization in Health, Education, and Banking sectors. The role requires strong networking skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to identify and engage high-caliber talent to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing & Acquisition
    • Identify and engage passive and active candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical executive positions.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to understand client requirements and role specifications.
    • Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers with detailed assessments.
  • Screening & Selection
    • Conduct detailed interviews and competency-based assessments.
    • Evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Industry Specialization
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of talent trends in Health, Education, and Banking sectors.
    • Advise clients and management on market salary benchmarks and talent availability.
  • Process & Compliance
    • Ensure recruitment activities adhere to company policies and labor law requirements.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on executive and white-collar hiring.
  • Proven track record in Health, Education, or Banking sectors is an advantage.
  • Strong sourcing, headhunting, and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
