Job summary

Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure product quality from raw material to final inspection. You will uphold quality standards, report findings, and coordinate with production and QA teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in a QC/inspection role, drawing interpretation skills, and familiarity with wood materials like MDF and veneer. Join our team to contribute to process improvements and audit readiness.

Qualifications

1–2 years in quality control/inspection in wood or furniture manufacturing.
Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiar with MDF, solid wood, veneer materials.
Experience with measurement tools like vernier caliper, tape, gauges.
Basic knowledge of CAPA, NCR and inspection reports.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-process and final inspections on the shop floor to verify product quality against drawings, material specs and SOPs.
Review engineering and production drawings to identify critical dimensions and tolerances.
Identify and report non-conformities and support CAPA actions with stakeholders.
Maintain inspection reports, checklists, and QC documents per company protocols.
Ensure proper use and calibration status of measuring instruments; report discrepancies.
Coordinate with Deputy Manager QC, QC Inspectors, and production to resolve issues and drive improvements.
