Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering from an HEC recognized university, PEC registered as a Professional Engineer.
• Minimum 12–15 years post-qualification experience in project management, contract administration, and large urban water projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and administer PMU for foreign donor-funded wastewater projects.
• Oversee international consultants and contractors per donor guidelines and PPRA rules.
• Manage FIDIC contracts, variations, and dispute adjudication.
• Monitor progress against Primavera P6 baselines and ensure milestone compliance.
• Review and certify IPCs, disbursements, and external audit reconciliations.
• Ensure ESIA, resettlement plans, and EPA compliance; report to Board and donors.
