Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar in a high-volume restaurant.

• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Develop cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train new employees on kitchen procedures and ensure ongoing training for current staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions.
