As an Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen operations in our high‑end restaurant in Khanpur. You will have a strong background in culinary arts and possess excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Your main objective will be to maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service while leading and training a team of kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus and develop new dishes according to seasonal availability and customer preferences.
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and in a timely manner.
• Monitor food inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cost control measures.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked kitchen at all times.
• Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints regarding food quality or service promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
