A recruitment firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to manage the CEO's professional and personal commitments, coordinate communications, and prepare reports. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in tech environments and possess strong organizational, communication, and technical skills. This is a full-time remote role based in Karachi, offering competitive conditions.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's professional and personal calendars and commitments, including scheduling meetings, virtual calls, travel (business and personal), task lists, project management, etc.
Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO, acting as a gatekeeper and liaison with internal teams (e.g., Pakistan engineering/dev roles) and external stakeholders. Attend meetings, take and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
Prepare reports, presentations, and board materials; research industry trends in industrial automation.
Coordinate executive events, team meetings, and project timelines, integrating with tools like Scrum for the Pakistan unit. Follow up on deadlines and statuses.
Support personal duties such as arranging personal appointments, tasks, coordinating travels, and handling ad-hoc errands remotely.
Ensure confidentiality in all matters, maintain files, and assist with compliance or HR tasks as needed.
Required Skills
Organizational and Time Management: Superior ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage complex schedules across time zones, and anticipate needs in a fast-paced tech setting.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills for professional and personal interactions; Urdu proficiency for local coordination.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project tools (e.g., Zoho, Jira, Project, Basecamp); familiarity with AI/tech tools. Must be able to make calls and texts to and from US numbers.
Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Proactive in resolving issues, adaptable to remote work challenges, and quick to learn company-specific processes.
Interpersonal and Discretion: Build trust-based relationships, handle sensitive personal/executive information with utmost confidentiality.
Attention to Detail: Precision in all tasks, from data management to personal arrangements.
Qualifications and Education
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field; Master's or certifications (e.g., PMP, CAP) preferred.
Experience: 3- 5+ years as an EA or PA, ideally supporting C-level executives in tech/multinational firms; experience with remote international support and personal duties is essential.
Language and Other Requirements: Fluent English, written and verbal; tech-savvy with stable remote setup; willingness for flexible hours.

Discreet, ethical, and culturally sensitive, understanding US-Pakistan business dynamics. Must have a high sense of urgency.
