We are looking to hire Operation Associte to join our team and help bring meaningful events to life! If you're detail-oriented, love problem-solving, and get energized by both behind-the-scenes prep work and real-time event execution, this might be a great fit. You’ll be part of a small, flat-structured team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and contributes — no hierarchies, just hands-on collaboration.

What You’ll Do:
The project work primarily consists of client interaction and on-ground facilitation at team-building events, coordinating logistics and prep, and overseeing the flow of activities during live sessions.

You’ll also support with general operational tasks as needed, from organizing materials and managing equipment to helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and on the day of the event.
