Food Truck Company is looking for a successful & enthusiastic Event Manager who is responsible for managing events, ensuring deadlines and budgets. Directs coordination of activities to prepare for the day of the event.

Job Specification

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Define company brand through events.
2. Plan, design and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.
3. Calculate budgets and adjust when necessary.
4. Book venues and negotiate fees.
5. Promote the event using flyers and social media as examples of ways to spark attention.
6. Conduct pre & post event evaluations and report on outcomes.

Hours may vary and will require evening and weekend work depending on business needs and will require working overtime. Approximately 50% travel or more to manage event venues.
