Job summary

HR Navigator in Lahore onsite is seeking an outbound sales associate to join our team for an evening shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM). You will make cold calls across Pakistan, introduce our products, and generate qualified leads to drive growth.

The role offers a salary range of PKR 50,000–80,000 monthly depending on experience, with a fuel allowance and five working days. This is a full-time position in a professional, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience in cold calling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in Urdu and good spoken English.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to work in an evening shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients across Pakistan.
• Introduce the company's products/services and generate qualified leads.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
