Key Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Analyze labor, material, and equipment requirements for HVAC projects.
• Ensure estimates align with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather data for accurate estimations.
• Present estimation details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prepare and maintain detailed estimation records, including assumptions and methodologies.
• Support proposal submissions with comprehensive costing documentation.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems to project estimations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
