Job summary

You will build dealer relationships, assist in market expansion, conduct product demonstrations, support field activities, and help track visibility and sales reporting as you learn sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Agriculture graduates welcome; fresh to 6 months experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and agricultural products.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for planning.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers.
• Assist in market expansion and demand generation at the farmer level.
• Support field activities, including conducting product demonstrations and farm visits.
• Help in tracking and ensuring product visibility and shelf availability.
• Assist in market surveys and sales reporting.
