  • Provide best customer service to all walk-in customers.
  • Ensure implementation of effective and efficient sales and customer services techniques
  • Bring quality services & sales as per assigned monthly targets.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Share feedback on regular basis regarding new products/Services and customer impacting processes/SOPs for any further improvement, if required.
  • Timely escalation of customer complaints and ensuring resolution within time
  • Enhance PTCL revenue and profitability at PTCL Ufone Service Center through PTCL Products (PSTN, Broadband & Charji Cloud sale.)
