The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-class technical support to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology, eager to solve problems, and capable of delivering exceptional customer service. Elite IT Team is remote-first with 2-3 in person gatherings per year. Selected candidate would be required to attend these gatherings on company expense.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level support for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
• Test and evaluate new technology.
• Experience creating WordPress websites especially with Elementor.

Requirements:

• Wordpress/Elementor experience is compulsory (must)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, IT components, and network management.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with common operating systems and software applications.
